Our team received a call from a worried homeowner after they discovered water damage on their ceiling and were unsure of where the water had come from. The homeowner knew if they were to restore their home back to new they needed our help.

The homeowner had recently installed large custom-made cabinets and was worried there was potential water damage to them. Using thermal imaging and our moisture meter we discovered the water leak had not damaged the cabinets and they would not have to be removed, which was a relief for the homeowner.
The water damage was only in the ceiling and there were no active water leaks occurring in the home. Our diagnostics found that the leak was an isolated incident and possibly occurred due to a spill or human error. After locating the cause of the water damage our team acted quickly to perform water damage cleanup.
